The Genesee County Human Trafficking Task Force is made up of community members from all walks of life. We have representation from healthcare, social services, law enforcement, faith-based organizations, school districts, city officials and more. This multidisciplinary team ensures collaboration and varying perspectives crucial to tackling such a tough issue.
Angela Dudley - Current Co-Chair Genesee County Human Trafficking Taskforce
Angela Dudley exemplifies steadfast advocacy. As a devoted wife, mother, foster parent, author, and volunteer, she is renowned for her dedication to uplifting those in need.
Angela's work has earned her significant recognition, and she holds certification as a Human Trafficking Specialist through her CHTI accreditation. Recognized for her commitment to victim support, she was deputized as a Victim Advocate for GHOST by the Genesee County Sheriff's Office and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Genesee County Human Trafficking Taskforce, while also holding a role in the Shiawassee County Human Trafficking Taskforce.
Angela is a dedicated champion for survivors of abuse and human trafficking, having served as a CASA at Voices for Children in Genesee County. She takes pride in empowering victims to transition into thriving survivors, advocating for crucial services, and offering heartfelt support through prayer.
As a passionate advocate and educator, Angela frequently travels with her Ministry, Millstone Ministry, delivering vital training on human trafficking and social media awareness across the state. In recognition of her leadership and community impact, Governor Whitmer appointed Angela to the Child Trust Michigan board in 2024, which is dedicated to preventing and eliminating child abuse in Michigan.
The task force meets every other month to cover upcoming community events, gauge progress relative to prevention and victim response efforts, and to report on any training conducted or requested.

We train law enforcement, healthcare providers, teachers, students, social clubs, etc.
